Terms & Condition:
Except as otherwise expressly agreed, Gia Linh Travel Co. Ltd. and its client
(or “Client”) and/or Agent (or “Agent”) agree that the terms and conditions for
the services rendered by Gia Linh Travel to the Client, whether on an individual
or a tour basis (or the “Services”) shall be governed by the Booking Conditions
set out below and that the said Booking Conditions shall form an entire part of
the service contract, whether verbal or written, entered into between Gia Linh
Travel and the Client/Agent.
Validity:
All prices quoted to the Client/Agent are on a net basis and in United States
Dollars and valid according to the date specified on the Gia Linh Travel printed
tariffs and/or quotation and/or invoice issued to the Client/Agent. Gia Linh
Travel warrants that the prices or rates quoted to the Client/Agent are correct
at the time of issuance of the Client’s/Agent’s quotation and/or invoice but are
subject to change in line with market, tax or currency fluctuation, with or
without prior notice.
Reservation and Confirmation:
Reservations are to be made to our office or to our appointed General Sales
Agent. Upon confirmation of a reservation, a 30% (thirty percent) deposit is
requested, and the total package tour price for the Services should be paid at
least 45 days (forty five days) prior to client's arrival in the destination
country or starting date of the tour, or otherwise Gia Linh Travel may at their
sole discretion cancel the bookings without any refund of sums already paid to
our company by the Client/Agent. Gia Linh Travel also reserves the right to
change any arrangement (including tours, programmes, prices and services) in the
best interest of its Client/Agent, with or without prior notice.
Payment:
Except as otherwise agreed by Gia Linh Travel, Client’s payment shall be
executed by cash, credit card. Except for cash payment, a service charge may
apply. In cases where credit facilities have been agreed with the Client/Agent,
payment shall be executed by swift or telegraphic transfer to the appropriate
Gia Linh Travel's bank account. Any bank charges levied by the sending bank
relating to transfers to Gia Linh Travel must be paid by the Client/Agent.

Payment by bank credit card
When you make payment by credit card. We request our Agent/Clients to settle a
deposit of 30% of the total price to book the agreed tour(s). Agent/Clients can
settle the outstanding amount of the tour (70%) when Agent/Clients are in
Vietnam. We'll attach a file for the Credit Card Authorization to Agent/Clients
and Agent/Clients will need to fill it in and fax it back to Gia Linh Travel
including both side of the credit card. Payments by credit cards will incur 3%
(for MasterCard or Visa) for the bank fees.

Paypal
You're also make payment through PAYPAL website.
If you are already a PAYPAL member, you'll find out that Paypal is one of the
fastest way to make payment online. If you are not a member of Paypal, you can
join it easily and it’s free as well!

Please note that Paypal fees will be charged on your account. It means you must
add PayPal fees when you pay us through this secure Paypal system.
Details of PayPal fees:
- If you transfer money from an USD
account opened in the USA,
simply add 2.9% amount + US$ 0.3 as PayPal fees in your total amount.
- If you transfer money from an USD
account opened outside USA,
add 3.9% + US$ 0.3 as PayPal fees in your total amount.
- In case the transfer is done from a Non-USD
account, please add 3.9% + 2.5% (exchange fee) + US$ 0.3 as PayPal fees in
your total amount.
To reduce the complication for you, our customers,
we will count this fees and add when asking for your Deposit or Payment.
Note: When either PayPal or Gia Linh Travel has reason to believe that the
payment you made is fraudulent, we reserve the right to hold your bookings and
require another method of payment.
Cancellation:
Save for the case where a Client/Agent loses its deposit as mentioned above,
charges for cancellation of bookings are not levied by our company if hotels,
carriers and other contractors apply charges for cancellation, the Client/Agent
shall be liable to pay those charges to Gia Linh Travel or to the concerned
parties directly as the case may be.
In generally, If Client/Agent cancel your contract at any time up to 45 days
before your departure for Vietnam, we'll charge Client/Agent 15% of the total
amount.
If Client/Agent cancel your contract at any time after 45 days before the date
of departure for Vietnam, all monies that Client/Agent have transferred will be
returned less 30% of the total price of your holiday and the transfer fees
levied by Gia Linh Travel bank.
If Client/Agent cancel your contract at any time after 7 days before the date
of departure for Vietnam, all monies will be stay at Gia Linh Travel bank
account.
In the case, Client/Agent want to keep your booking till the next time, we'll
happy to keep it as a deposit for Client/Agent. However, a new quotation will be
re-quoted basing on your new arrival date.
Vouchers:
Vouchers for booking arrangements and a copy of the Client’s itinerary will be
issued to the Client on arrival by a Gia Linh Travel representative.
Liability:
Gia Linh Travel shall always do its utmost to provide the Services to the
best of its capacity and upon the satisfaction of the Client. It is the
understanding of the Parties that Gia Linh Travel acts as an intermediary
between the Client/Agent and airlines, hotels, transport operators, local
tourist offices and other contractors providing the Services to the Client. Our
company shall in no event be liable to the Client/Agent, by reason of breach of
Services or unsatisfactory Services provided to the Client by third parties or
by way of indemnity or in tort or otherwise, for any loss, injury, damage,
delay, change in schedule or other adverse events which are beyond the control
of our company and/or sustained by an act or default of any person or company
providing the Services to the Client. The Client/Agent warrants that Gia Linh
Travel shall not be responsible and/or liable for additional expenses and/or
damages incurred due to any delay, accidents, natural disaster, political action
or unrest.
Claims:
All disputes, claims and litigation regarding the Services shall first be
settled by way of negotiation and mutual understanding. In the event such
negotiation and mutual understanding would fail, the disputes, claim or
litigation shall be finally settled by local arbitration in Vietnam, Cambodia,
Laos. All claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days after the end of
the Services.
