I apologize for replying so late with my questionnaire.  I've attached it to the email.  I've commented as much as I can, unfortunately, my memory has gotten a little hazy about some of the details.  I hope you find the questionnaire useful.  Thank you once again for the great trip.

1. Guide (s):

Mr. Son (Guide in the North): Great guide.  His English is superb.  Very entertaining and a pleasure to have as a guide.

Mr. Vinh (Guide in the Centre) Also an excellent guide, probably my favourite of the guides.  His English was great, and he was a pleasant person to be around.  All-in-all, I would highly recommend any of my friends to go to any tours given by him.  Fantastic tour guide.

Mr. Thoai (Guide in Mekong Delta) Funny, very personable.  Good English. 

2. Accommodation:

Nam Hai Hotel (In Hanoi): Good

Princes Hotel (In Cat Ba): Great hotel.

Hoa Sua Hotel (In Sapa) Excellent Hotel.  Very beautiful set-up.  I loved the bed-and-breakfast feel of the place.

Sai Gon Quang Binh Hotel (In Dong Hoi): Very good

Thanh Noi Hotel (in Hue). Very good

Pho Hoi Riverside Hotel (In Hoi An). Very good

Green Hotel (in Nha Trang) Very good.

Cam Do Hotel (In Dalat). Very good

My Le Hotel (in Vung Tau). Very good

Le Le Hotel (in Ho Chi Minh City) Not very good.  Small, cramped, and somewhat dirty.  Dining was sub-par compared to the other hotels.

Ninh Kieu Hotel (in Can Tho).

3. Transport (Land, water and air):

Transportation was great.  The flight, trains, busses, and boats were all fine.  I did not have any problems with any of the transportation.  Very well scheduled.

4. Restaurants: Very good

5. Places you visited: Very good

6. Design and management of your tour:

I think the tour was managed extremely well.  It was very reassuring that we could contact Mr. Luong by phone if we had any questions.  Furthermore, Mr. Luong showed was great at calling us or the tour guides to check up on us, and to make sure we were doing fine.  It really showed us that your company was committed to keeping us safe, as well as happy and satisfied.  The timing of the tour was also top-notch, as we did not have any problems with the scheduling whatsoever.  The stay in each area and at each site was very appropriate, without staying in one place too long or too short.  It was just right.  In terms of the tour guides, the ones that I had not commented on were not very memorable, either because they did not do much speaking, or because their English was not very good making the sections that they guided us through not as good as the other ones with Mr. Son, Mr. Vinh, or Mr. Thoai.  I thought those 3 were the best of the tour guides that we had.  I must also note that setting up the tours was very easy, and your company was very flexible and accommodating in adding and subtracting the sites to our liking.  I would definitely recommend your company to any of my friends.  I have nothing but good things to say about your company.  Thanks again for making our trip to Vietnam a great one.
