Had some computer problems so I had to
modify the questionnaire..
1. Guides:
All of the guides were very punctual and
helpful. Ms. Thao and Mr. Dan did an outstanding job and were my
favorites!
2. Accommodations:
The Le Le Hotel was in an excellent
location but was in poor condition. All the other hotels were very nice
and in great locations. The Bai Tho Boat was outstanding!
3. Transport:
All modes of transportation were punctual
and the service was excellent. All drivers were were professional and
Vietnam Airline is very impressive. The train ride was an ADVENTURE and
the boat trip in Na Trang was lot's of fun!
4. Restaurants:
The choice of restaurants was excellent.
The food and service were outstanding. I enjoyed EVERY meal I had in
Vietnam!
5. Places we visited:
Hanoi Hilton, War Museum, Ha Long Bay, Na
Trang boat trip, Ben Thanh market, the lacquer factory and China Beach
were just some of the highlights...
6. Design and management of the tour:
Mai, you did an OUTSTANDING job putting
together the things that we requested and the things that you felt like
would be of interest.
7. Recommendations, etc.
The trip was MORE than I expected. If I
could change anything it would be to stay longer....thanks again for a
wonderful trip!!
