Nam Cat Tien national park

Nam Cat Tien national park is a nature’s diversitification reserve, which runs through 5 communes: Tan Phu, Vinh Cuu (Dong Nai), Cat Tien, Bao Loc (Lam Dong), Bu Dang (Binh Phuoc). It’s about 150km far from Ho Chi Minh city to the North.

Mainly located in Tan Phu and Vinh Cuu district,  it has many areas which is under water, like: Bau Sau (5-6 ha), Bau Chim (50-100 ha), Bau Ca, Trang Co,…

Its diversification attracts many tourists come, and discover. If you start from Ho Chi Minh city, you can catch a coach which takes about 4 hours to get to Nam Cat Tien. It’s a good idea to spend your weekend in Nam Cat Tien.

Being a good place for eco-tourism, Nam Cat Tien has a system of accommodation can meet travelers’ needs. Rooms are simply designed, but well furnitured.

In Nam Cat Tien, there are some eco-tours for you to choose such as: the tour of exploring a bontanical garden with more than 300 kinds of valuable wood, night safari to observe wild animals such as deer, wild pigs, snakes, porcupines, gaur (rare) and weasels, the tour to Ta Lai village where ethnic minorities live …

Another interesting trip is to visit Bau Sau – home of many kinds of birds and crocodiles. Some more unique trips in Nam Cat Tien are trekking through forest, visiting Sky Fall, Bat Cave….
