The fifteen-storey Dream Hotel opened in 2004 in the centre of the Bai Chay tourist area of Ha Long City next to the Post Office.

Guests are greeted with refreshments and a welcome drink. The foyer is very light and airy, thanks to its glass walls. The lightness extends into the rooms - they're a good size, well equipped and have firm beds. Standard bathrooms are on the small side, but are good quality.
